Provider-Agnostic Enterprise AI via .NET 9 MCP

CHALLENGE

Enterprise conversational AI inside Microsoft Teams, routing across several models without vendor lock-in, under German/EU confidentiality requirements for tax and audit data.

ARCHITECTURE

Architected provider-agnostic enterprise conversational AI via .NET 9 Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers integrated with Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Teams. Built custom semantic MCP tools (DocumentAnalysis, PowerBI, OCR) and proxy middleware routing sensitive workflows to private small models.

OUTCOME

In production inside Microsoft Teams. Confidential workflows are routed to private models, context is processed in memory, and no prompts are stored in the cloud.

KoçDigital (Koç Holding) INDUSTRIAL IOT & FLEET SYSTEMS

Platform360: Mining Operations & Heavy Fleet Telemetry

CHALLENGE

Open-pit mining operations required unified tracking across heavy machinery (excavators, dump trucks), operator shifts, maintenance schedules, and material logistics.

ARCHITECTURE

Architected distributed microservices for Platform360 (P360) using .NET Core, Node.js, and PostgreSQL/MSSQL. Powered a live operational map streaming real-time RTLS positions, speed, CAN-bus engine health, and hauling cycles; built periodic maintenance engines, checklist workflows, and yield logistics.

OUTCOME

Unified mining operations into a live control center—enabling real-time equipment tracking, proactive maintenance, and haulage yield visibility.

Ivicos GmbH FULL-STACK COLLABORATION

Enterprise Collaboration & Interactive Canvas Platform

CHALLENGE

Building an enterprise collaboration workspace with real-time session state, interactive WYSIWYG canvas editing, and automated Microsoft 365 calendar and document synchronization.

ARCHITECTURE

Architected full-stack application in Next.js 14 (App Router/SSR) with Microsoft Fluent UI 9. Integrated live communication channels using Azure Communication Services (WebRTC), TipTap interactive canvas, and Microsoft Graph webhooks with Azure Entra ID / MSAL SSO.

OUTCOME

Delivered real-time collaboration with enterprise single sign-on and Microsoft 365 calendar and document sync.

Neo-Q HEALTHCARE SYSTEMS

Clinical Radiology Diagnostic & Reporting Platform

CHALLENGE

Radiologists needed responsive diagnostic reporting interfaces (ThoraxRX) on hospital workstations and mobile clinical devices, with state kept in sync between them.

ARCHITECTURE

Built reactive clinical radiology reporting interfaces (ThoraxRX) in Angular 18+ and RxJS. Maintained cross-platform desktop (Electron) and mobile (Capacitor) builds with SignalR real-time synchronization.

OUTCOME

Reporting interfaces delivered for desktop workstations and mobile devices, kept in sync in real time over SignalR.

SIMULATION R&D

Embodied AI in Physical Simulations

Developing closed-loop embodied AI agents within real-time physical simulations. Utilizing Godot 4.7+ with the Jolt physics engine, communicating with external Python 3.12 / PyTorch neural networks over low-latency custom IPC. Focused on sensorimotor control, spatial vector embeddings, and autonomous decision loops.

HARDWARE RIG

Bare-Metal AMD ROCm Rig

Air-gapped on-premises inference rig powered by an AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT (20GB VRAM) running ROCm under Linux. Accessible securely over WireGuard, running quantized GGUF models via llama.cpp and Ollama. Used for local benchmarking and automated Spec-Driven Development harnesses.

I have a genuine love for the game of chess itself—the depth, the patterns, and the quiet contemplation. I spend most of my chess time studying and solving tactical puzzles.

I like collecting and building LEGO sets. There is something grounding about stepping away from screens and assembling physical structures brick by brick.

I love jazz music and dancing to it. Social swing dancing brings great music, rhythm, and spontaneous connection together in an energizing way.

I play bass guitar, practising from tabs and locking into the groove with the drums. It goes hand in hand with my love of jazz and swing.
